A Ferrari 328 GTS Targa previously owned by TV star and former Bond girl Joanna Lumley is for sale Joanna Lumley was best known to a generation for her role as Purdey in Seventies TV show ‘The New Avengers’ before stealing the show as the chain-smoking fashion director Patsy in the BBC’s hit Absolutely Fabulous. But before Joanna Lumley owned the Ferrari 328 GTS, it belonged to ANOTHER sitcom star – Men Behaving Badly’s Martin Clunes.
Lumley and Clunes’ Ferrari 328 GTS was a Targa model, which means a part of the roof can be removed to make it a semi-convertible.

The Ferrari 328 GTS Targa was built between 1986 and 1989 and is powered by a 3.2-litre V8 producing 270bhp and 231lb/ft of pulling power mated with a five speed manual gearbox.
This accelerates the 22-year-old Italian sports car from 0-60mph in 5.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 166mph.

The Ferrari 328 GTS features leather seats has a full service history, covered just 50,218 miles – with only 5,000 put on the clock done in the last seven years.
Joanna Lumley auctioned the Ferrari 328 GTS off for international wildlife charity the Born Free Foundation in 2001, with the Eighties Ferrari fetching £35,000. The actress is a patron for the charity and, in 2007, was presented with the four millionth Land Rover to be donated to the Born Free Foundation to be used as a rapid response vehicle in the UK and Europe.
